SQL backup

hi;
i am admin of pwa 2007.i wanna know how can i backup and restore from my SQL
server.the backup and restore service in pwa is not enough for me.plz tell me
how can i get backup from the actions that happen in msp server.and tell me
about stsadm tool for backup.
