SQL Server function for the Oracle "decode"

Hi

I am used to use the Oracle SQL Plus language and are now
using SQL Server 2000 together with a Excel VBA macro. I
am looking for a SQL command function that can do the same
as Oracle's DECODE function can do. Anyone who knows that?
