SSL Certificate on FP2002 Forms isn't working.

FrontPage Error.

When I checked the server's log says the file does not
exists:

When I take the forms off of the Secured Certificate they
work just fine.

We are running WHM 8.5.1 cPanel 8.5.3-S3 RedHat 7.3 - WHM
