Stack Fault in MSPST32.DLL, Invalid Page Fault

When attempting to scroll the address list while composing
an email, using the "TO" button to address it, at
seemingly random points in my Contacts list, an error is
returned :
Outlook has caused a stack fault in MSPST32.DLL
Or at times:
Invalid page fault in kernel32.dll
I have tried updaing Win98 and Office2K, the KB article
218853 (doing every suggestion), and searched the KB for
other options.
Ideas anyone?
