"Stacking" of Notes

Mike Ferguson

Forgive the lack of technical vocabulary. I'm computorially inept.

When engaged in an e-mail conversation, all my notes appear at the
top of the page and all my correspondent's notes appear at the bottom
of the page. Following the conversation requires scrolling up and down
the page.

Is there a way to have each note simply appear above the one that
preceded it?

Are you talking about individual e-mail messages in the message list, or are
you talking about reply text within a message? If the former, you can click
on the Subject header to sort the message list by subject and thus group
messages that way. For the latter, Change your reply preference in Mail &
News Prefs to put the reply on the bottom. Or ask your correspondent to
change the place where he puts his reply text.
