Currently the staff use several word documents on a network share. Each
document represents a different team and contains a table with the staff
whereabouts listed in it. Staff update the documents themselves.
Obviously this method is inefficient as only one person can update the
document at a time.
I need a simple alternative to this. We use Office2003 throughout the
department, and I'm hoping theres an easy option within this. I know that if
you go through scheduling a meeting with others on the same exchange server,
its possible to see what that other person is doing according to thier
calender. But is there a method of getting that info without the meeting
request routine.
Thanks in advance.
