staged install office 2007 - now outlook 2007 is Not Available

I tried to install Office 2007 in stages, installed word, excel, access 2007
but left outlook 2003. Now when I tried to install outlook 2007, it shows
Not Available when I choose the change option from the control panel - add
programs.

Any suggestions?

Uninstall Outlook 2003 and then try again with a custom installation.
