I am Mac 10.4.11 and the latest Entourage update for 2004.
The last few days I have been very restricted in sending mail to goups
- often it fails.
Forwarding is now causing problems. It just sits there and does
nothing. Often the forwarding icon appears within the mail.
The package seems to freeze for minutes on end.
Is the latest Entourage update 11.4? Several odd reports of behavior have
been reported after updating both Entourage and the OS. Without rolling back
to test, the only other suggestion is to test Entourage in a new User.
Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in Accounts. Switch to the
New User by logging out/in or use Fast User Switching. Test Office there.
We've discussed using SuperDuper!(backup software) before, but this is an
excellent time to remind users about a feature it has that protects you from
system updates that so bad.
