Starting problems

Hi,
i have microsoft exchange as my mailserver setup but every time i start
outlook (from a client computer) i get the following message "cannot start
Microsoft Outlook unable to open the outlook window the set of folders could
not be opened"
I've recreated the pst file but that didn't solve the problem.
Can someone help me find a solution.

If you're using Exchange as the server, why do you have a PST?
