Ok, so I figured out how to change the background for my "New Messages".
Now, how do I set the stationary for my "Reply" messages? Thanks in advance
for any help!

REplies always use the format in which the sender sent the item.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, CommMajor asked:

Many time incoming email formats look wacky when one replies. In those cases
I MUST change the format to make my email reply look professional. So how do
I do that? Is there a way to reset the format to my default on replies?

So how do I change

You can change the format of messages after you hit reply.

What version of outlook do you use?

I am looking for the same. Please share if you figure out. I didn't see any
solution on this discussion group.

I use outlook 2003. I can do with Eudora without any problem. Thanks.

Replies will always use the format of the original message. You can't
override that wil stationery of your own.
