Stationary?

I just switched from Eudora to Entourage and I miss the stationary
feature of Eudora. For those who didn't use Eudora, it was a way of
responding with various prewritten "stationary". I get recuring
questions I would like to use canned responses to. How do I do this
best with Entourage?

Add Spell Catcher X to the list. I use more for the insert text than I do
for spell checking.

After switching from Eudora to Entourage, I found many of my users
really missing this feature as well. What I came up with was, create
more signatures with your canned text and include your actual signature
as well. When you need to send out a canned e-mail or response, just
choose the appropriate signature.

The Office Scrapbook is another option for creating stationery.
