Stationery not appearing in messages

Hello
I recently switched from OLE to Outlook 2002. I use html mail, as do my
recipients. However, when I send an email with stationary, when I receive
it, I am not able to view the stationary. It appears to be coming back to me
in plain text. I know for certain this group has hmtl capabilities. I'm not
able to find any settings in Outlook to change how I view incoming messages.
I can see stationary when others send it to me, but not when I send it. Any
ideas? Thanks!
