Still can't see public calendars

I can view other people's calendars in our organisation using URLs like:

http://server.tld.com/jdoe/Calendar/?Cmd=contents&View=Weekly

But I can't manage to get Entourage (2008) to view them. This was one of
the things that I was hoping would start working with the upgrade, but
it's no different to my '04 experience.

I've tried it by searching for their name and I've tried different
combinations of email addresses (all the aliases listed in the GAL), but
I always get told 'Entourage could not find a mailbox for the user John
Doe.'

Basically, I followed this recipe:

and got nada :-(

Did you try to add the people in your settings as people you are
delegate for??
(Tools>Account>your exchange account>Delegates)

I hadn't, but that doesn't seem to help either. I'm wondering whether
there's some Exchange server magic that has to happen?
