Still no booking of resources in SP2

I really disappointed that SP2 still doesn't help Mac users book
resources on the Exchange server. This is getting a little tiring. I
can't even use Web Outlook to book resources because it to has a bug
where resources are shifted as optional attendees! I have to resort to
use Outlook to book resources.

Does anybody know when this will be fixed?

I don't think we have any public comment on whether or when we'd add the
functionality to Entourage itself. However, you can add two agents to the
Exchange service itself (auto-accept and auto-decline) and you'll be able to
do the resource booking in both OWA and Entourage.
