still quits when receiving

Hello,

Thank you for answering me.
I replied without using my name by accident. SOrry.

Yes, I get a error message. It says something like "The application Microsoft
Entourage has unexpedtedly quit. Your server and applications have not
been affected. Would you like to submit a bug report to apple?"

I deleted all the messages in my Deleted Items folder (by the way, how do i
do that safely?)
and it still quits when I try to Send&receive.
???
