my network guy said he can't find a separate option to enable WebDAV
(Exchange Server 2000 w/SP3)--does this need to be enabled separately
from OWA? If so, does anyone know where the WebDAV option is?

I'm working these issues w/micrsoft right now. Will post
update when we figure out what's happening. At least its
giving everyone issues meaning something is broke with
Entourage

You should check the email alias (OWA needed) that needs to be the same
as the account login
