Hi all,
I've been really stumped by this problem. About two months ago, I
began receiving email where I could not see who was listed in the "To"
field. I understand that if I was "BCC"'d I would not be able to see
the recipients, but this is happening with EVERY email, regardless of
whether there are blind recipients or not. The email comes to me, I
can't see all the other people on the "to" (as in the case of a group
email) and when I hit "reply all" only the sender gets the email.
I've tested this with lots of emails to myself, and nothing seems to
work.
I reinstalled Entourage, and it worked fine for about a week, and now
it's doing the same thing again. It's really frustruating to not be
able to see who else is getting emails in a group conversation, or to
reply to the 4 or 5 staff members that are on the email without having
to ask them "did they see it". If anyone has any experience with
this, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
