Stop asking if i should make suggestions

Ok then lets make microsoft office a lot better. Stop asking me if i want to
make suggestions. instead i suggest that you implement a suggestion box. this
can be placed in the programs themselves without these pop ups they are so
annoying, especially when im trying to complete a school project the day it
is due.
