Stop making Hotmail users change usernames when moving to new zip.

In 1998, I registered a Hotmail user name when I lived in zip code 88053,
then moved to zip code 78704, and since then, Hotmail refuses to recognize
ME, even though I am the same me I was before I moved. Hotmail just displays
a ridiculous message that MY user name has been taken. OF COURSE IT HAS! I
TOOK IT MYSELF IN 1998! Except now I can no longer use it! Brilliant
methodology, Microsoft!

Thats probably because you did not use the account for a long time. Free
account right? After 30days it goes inactive. After another long period of
time it goes completely dead and cannot be brought back.
Stupid? Probably, but thats what they decided to do.
