Storing Email in Network Folders

I am interested in a method to store emails in network folders, in much
the same way that .pst files work in Outlook. I need this for
accessing my email from several different machines(Work, home etc.) I
can't seem to find a very efficient and reliable way to do this.

Interesting... The same question was asked a couple of days ago.
Entourage doesn't support anything that would look like a .pst. Storage
is all done in a monolithic database and you can't really do what you
are suggesting here unfortunately,
