Strange behavior when closing Access through Exit button?

Hello,

Hope anybody can help me. I am experiencing a strange problem when exiting
access through the close / exit button.

My access program opens a main form (acNormal) and another form1 (acNormal)
which opens during the Load() event a third form called formDialog
(acDialog)....this works all fine, but when the user wants to exit whole
access after selecting something and closing the Dialog (so the main form and
form1 are still open) then the formDialog pops up again and has the
focus.....but I cannot click into any form....I can only kill access through
the task manager....any ideas??
