Any advice on this much appreciated.
I have a strange problem which I am hoping some expert user may possibly be
able to throw some light on. I have 10 Macintoshes in Entourage 2.1 and 2.2,
they all have the same 2 rules on them. One of the things both these rules
do is to change the account before forwarding some mail, and then changing
the account back again.
On 9 of the Macs this works fine, on one of them, no matter what I do, it
will not change the account, hence this post.
The Macs are a mix of Entourage 2.1 and 2.2, and most of them are OS10.3
with 4 of them being 10.4. I have checked and we have a representative of
all the possible combinations of 10.3/10.4 - 2.1/2.3 working fine.
The Mac that won't do it will allow me to perform the rule manually (change
the account, forward the mail, change the account back to the default,
basically).
Any ideas anyone, would be very grateful...
