Strange synchronization message

I am getting a 'synchronizing offline actions' message every time I click on
any email. The box sets in the middle of my email screen until it has
finished whatever it is syncing to. This happens whether the email has been
read or not. I am using a .Mac email account. Unfortunately, this is the
only thing currently keeping me from using Entourage as the default email
(and contacts, etc.) product. This is Entourage v.X.

This should only happen if you were working offline (via the menu item in
the Entourage menu) and did marked as read or deleted IMAP messages. Try
right clicking the IMAP account and clearing the cache. That might fix it.
If not, you can always try deleting and recreating the account.

Beautiful, I had to delete and re-add the account but the annoying message
is gone.
