Strategy and advice rather than problem-solving?

So where should I visit to find clever solutions on how Outlook is
used? Not so much troubleshooting or problem-solving as in these groups
as _strategy and advice_.

I'm thinking of the pros and cons of forms and templates, good ways to
share mails, advice on what not to rely on Outlook for, essays or
columns and so on.

Is there an Outlook afficionados group out there?
