Stripping of HTML

Sorry if this is a duplicate (or triplicate, etc.), but I searched for
about a half-hour using every means I had and couldn't find an answer.

One of my co-workers using Microsoft OE for Windows is sending me
emails that are HTML formatted. When I receive them, they are still
HTML, sort-of. Mostly, they're garbled messes. Anchor tags are gone,
replaced by URLs in > brackets.

Is there a setting in Entourage that can fix this? Is the problem even
on my end?

I would much appreciate an answer, even if it's just a link to some
previous thread.

Look in Entourage --> Preferences --> Security, and try checking the
"Display complex HTML in messages."

I was having a problem with creating documents in Word with super/subscripts
and sending them as HTML through Entourage. The HTML text would go out but
not display when I composed the message, nor would it render properly
(super/subscripts were plain text) when reading it until I checked this box.
