Stubborn address

Somehow a title of an e-mail an (NYT article) got into my address book as an
addressee. It is activated when I hit on my husband's name. I have tried
to delete this entry or to change it or to even change the category, but it
receive an error telling me that "the action cannot be completed., Mail
error." This error message is caught up in an endless loop -- whenever I
click on OK, it repeats itself. The only thing I can do is force quit
Entourage. How in heavens name can I get rid of this stupid entry that pops
up whenever my husband's name is used?

I cleared the recently used address list but it hasn't done any good. Last
time I tried to remove the "headline address", Entourage just crashed. Any
other ideas?

Try rebuilding the database. In Entourage X, first go to Entourage -> Turn
Off Office Notifications. Now, quit Entourage, and then restart Entourage
holding down the Option key. When the Rebuild dialog box comes up, choose
to do a Typical Rebuild. If that does not fix the problem, repeat the
procedure, instead opting to do the Advanced Rebuild.

It worked, Mickey :) It really did a number on the size, too -- dropped
from 98MB to 67MB. Thanks so much.
