Student & Teacher 2003 license Q

Currently Office 2000 SBE user, considering upgrade to Office 2003 (mainly
for Outlook) at home. I teach swimming part time for the local community ed
program. Do I qualify for S&T license?

should answer this for you but I believe the answer is no, you do not
qualify.
