Style Sheet Links do not Apply to New and Unsaved Pages

Is there a way to have FrontPage 2003 automatically apply a style sheet
to new pages when they are created? I checked MS Technet and back in
October 2001 they listed it as a "known problem" with FP 2000. Havent
they fixed this problem yet?

The problem w/ FP 2000 (editing style sheets) has nothing to do w/ FP 2003
You can apply style sheets using Format Style Sheet
If you want to apply them automatically you would need to edit your new page template or create new custom template page
