Styles and Formatting

Hi anyone please help me to have two different heading styles
i.e
1.1 Introduction
1.2 Contents
....

and

10. Rules
20. Contributions

All of the heading should be in same style with outline numbered.

No, they should be in different heading styles if you want different
numbering styles.
