Styles for Outlook Today

I would like to change the style of my Outlook Today beyond the standard
choices provided by the program, i.e, standard, standard 1 column, winter,
summer, etc. I have Outlook 2002. Does anyone know how?

On the up right corner is Customize Outlook Today when you are in Outlook
Today view.
