I want to arrange my subfolders by numbers or letters in front of the subfolders name, but 10 slots in between 1 and 2? How can I control the order of my subfolders and not by the 'arrange by' as the options are not relevant?

Like this?:

10 - Folder One
11 - Folder Two
12 - Folder Thee
13 - Folder Four
14 - Folder Five
15 - Folder Six
16 - Folder Seven
17 - Folder Eight
18 - Folder Nine
19 - Folder Ten
20 - Folder Eleven
...and so on...

Or start off with:

01 - Folder One
02 - Folder Two
03 - Folder Thee
04 - Folder Four
05 - Folder Five
06 - Folder Six
07 - Folder Seven
08 - Folder Eight
09 - Folder Nine
10 - Folder Ten
11 - Folder Eleven
