Sub-Ownership agreement for property but only my name is on title

Does anyone have an exapmle of an agreement whereby a property was bought by
two persons but only one person in on title, and both owners want to have an
agreement that they must share 50% of all the debts and credits with regards
to the property???

You should talk to a lawyer, or at least a real estate agent.

And people here don't usually have templates like that anyhow.
