Subdomain(?) page for each person on sales team

I need to create a website where each person on the sales team have their
own start page but uses the company's main site. I've seen this being done
on some travel affiliate sites where a sales agent can have like
'www.domain.com/salesman1' and so on. Their pictures and information is
somewhere on the page.

Right now, I am handcoding each person's info on a subfolder and basically
have them distribute this folder as their website.

Can someone please show me a better way to accomplish this?

Look into using a database drive site....requires custom server-side scripting.
