HELP!
I have an access2002 SP3 DB developed on Windows XP.
FrontEnd - BackEnd files. All works beautifully on my
machine.
When I run this on the client's server - Win 2000, Access
2002, SP3 - things go wrong.
One of the problems I am facing now is that some of the
subforms are not displaying when there are no records to
report - yet other subforms (even on the same main form)
are displaying. This is a problem since the command
button to create records is on the subform.
I have compiled my DB - I have saved it as an MDE -
nothing changed.
I have tried to convert backwards to Access 2000 and then
back up again - I am getting an error on the conversion
to 2000 - "can not save" and the program hangs with a
blank window and the converting... indicator stuck on the
bottom of the screen. HOwever, when I open the file
which supposedly never finished converting - all seems to
be in tact and there is no conversion error table.
Can anyone help? THANKS!
