subform hiding calls

Hi I have a caller form which has a summary subform linked
to it. The caller form is setup to have one caller for
many call entries in the summary subform. I am noticing
that when you open "i.e. marie B"'s record, sometimes she
shows 1 summary and sometimes she shows 3 summaries. why
could this be happening? in the table it shows she has 3
summaries so why aren't all 3 summaries showing in the
form every time I open it? Is it in the relationships?
where can I fix this problem? any suggestions?
