Subject Line - changing fonts

I know there is a way to color-code my Inbox to organize
it - but is there a way to add color to an outgoing e-
mail Subject Line so that it draws attention?

only way I know of to do this is to make the subject line red by adding a
"reminder" flag to the message for a date that is in the past...
