Submission and routing of forms

Hi folks,
I finally managed to finish designing my travel-booking form (thanks for all
the help). I'm using a hidden field to determine the email address of the
initial recipient, but am kind of stumped as to how to proceed.

The procedure that I would like to follow is thus ;

1) Requestor completes request and hits submit.
2) Form is routed to approver - who will then be able to tick and "Approved"
or "Rejected" box.
3) a)If the form is approved, it is routed to the travel admin, who will
then fill in some additional fields and the data is saved somewhere.
3) b)If the form is rejected, it is routed back to the requestor with a
reason why it has been rejected.
4) Data from the approved request can then be accessed at a later date for
reporting.

We have SQL Server, Sharepoint or Web Servers available to submit the form
to (plus email, I guess) but I'm really out of my depth as to how to acheive
this process.

Any ideas would be very gratefully received.

All the best,

Jamesy
