Submission form not adding to database fp03

Hello,

First.... I'm in the learning process so please hang with me if this is a
silly question. When I add a record with the submission form, the record is
not added to the db!! Really lost. I don't know if there is anything anyone
can tell me, but I thought maybe others have had this problem? Anyway,
submission form is at

and results page is at

Hi Andy,

The issue is documented in the following KB articles.

FP: Confirmation Page Appears but No Data Is Added to Database

FP2002: Confirmation Form Appears, but No Information Is Written to the
Database
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;314440

Also ensure that the anonymous user (IUSR) account has ‘Modify’
permissions on the database which is present in the FPDB folder of your web
site.

The form contains a Timestamp field. Please remove it if you don't want
that.

thanks very much for the help. I have added and removed the database a few
times trying to fix this. For some reason, it looks like the fpclass folder
is no longer being added. What can I do about that. I think it was added by
default, but it is not adding it now.

Anyway, thanks again for the help.
