Sudden Unexplained Change in Connection

Out of the blue I am now getting an alert message every time I send or
receive mail in Entourage - - despite already being connected to the
'net.

It is: Do you want to connect to the Internet to complete this
action? Choices are : Work Online, Cancel, Connect.

I have checked Entourage's General and Mail & News Preferences to
see if there is a box to check to deactivate this but can find
nothing. I have been using Entourage for over a year without ever
having seen this alert before. I am using versin 10.1.1of Entourage.

Anyone know how to get rid of this????

Make sure option to "Work Offline" under the Entourage menu is unchecked.
