Suggestions on narration

Although I have th visual side of PPNT pretty well down..I am entering a new
domain for me...recording narration!

Any suggestions, lessons, "Thing-to-know-and-avoid" that anyone can share
would be much appreciated!

I will then be putting these self-led presentations into DVD format using
PPNT2DVD...any comments also welcome and appreciated on this...
