Sum Function

I want create a form where you can accumulate the number.
Can anybody help me please? Here is the sample how I want:

Earn Total
Jan 8 8
Feb 10 18
March 10 28

When I use Sum function it will give me the total of 28
on all the field.

Base your form off of a query where you should do a
grouping by month and a sum for the "Earn" and a sum for
the "Total".

As you see the number on Total colum is number from
current month plus the number from previous month. I
don't know if query can work this out. If so, can you
please tell me how to.
