Hi..!!

first.. i'm no good at excel, but i find it very interesting since i'
about to open up a business soon..

i'm trying to copy a form from our tax department into excel so that
will be easier for me to declair my vat and tax...

now i've crossed a problem...
in one of the cells it 'seems' to me i have to make 2 differen
calculations

i will give you an example:

after a huge calculation i end up with 85.000 (D85), and from that su
i'm allowed to withdraw 5% which will give me the sum 4.250 (J85)
but... the tax department only allows me to withdraw a sum of maximu
3.550

so.. how can i make the calculation.. ??
=SUM(D85*0,05)...??

or (depending on your regional settings)
=MIN(3550;D85*0,05)
