It depends on what you are doing.

=SUMIF(D111,">5")-SUMIF(D111,">10")

will sum all numbers from 5 to 10 in the range

=SUMPRODUCT((B1:B11="Sandy")*(C1:C11="Sulasno")*D111)

will sum every entry in D111 where there is an entry in Column B of
"Sandy" and an enrty of "Sulasno" in Column C
