Summary of Responses

I use to able to view the "Summary of responses" from
recipents that i sent mail to, the mail indcluded voting
buttons "Yes, No" etc but for some reason it has stopped
working when clicking on the summary link nothing
happens, running exchange 5.5 and outlook 2000.
