Summing highlighted cells

Is there a way to sum only those cells that are highlighted in
particular color? For example, I have several columns that contai
payment information. I have highlighted the cell in yellow when th
payment meets a certain specification. Now, I'd like to be able to ad
up the amounts in those yellow cells. Thanks
