Sumproduct Help

Starting with (1) SUMPRODUCT((Rng<>"")/COUNTIF(Rng,Rng&""))
I am trying (and failing) to count uniques (always values) greater than a
specified value
ie a combination of SUMPRODUCT(--(Rng>=4)) and (1)
Any advice will be most appreciated
