Just learned how to use this function. It is very helpful but perhaps
someone could tell me how to write a formula that will allow me to query a
range of values.

ie. count the # of times that the following occurs:

value of 2 in 1st column
any value between 3 and 24 in 2nd column

Just not clear how to write "values between" . Able to do the rest.
