A2:A100 i have part numbers
b1:j1 are dates
sheet2!m1:m1000 i have dates
sheet2!n1:z1000 i have part numbers

criteria 1
i need a sumproduct that looks for the date on B1, in range sheet2!m1:m1000
criteria 2
looks up part number on a2:a100, in range sheet2!n1:z1000

please help

Hi
if I understood you correctly enter in B2 on sheet 1:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(sheet2!$n$1:$z$1000=$A2),--(sheet2!$m$1:$m$1000=B$1))
and copy this formula across
