Support? Lack thereof?

I buy an open license from Microssoft so I can use there overpriced
exchange server with Macs, and of course you need the whole suite now,
you can't just get Entourage alone, and they say I get no support. Not
without paying an obscene amount of money. Another reason to stick with
Apple, Adobe, and other real companies that give you products that work
and if they don't will give you the support you need, especially if you bought
it within a few days of the support call. What a dissapointing, frustrating,
unbelievable crock of garbage.

Despite your toxic attitude, I'm going to try to help you out, if for no
other reason that to dispel the FUD you are spewing.

As long as you have a client access license, you can use Entourage with your
Exchange server without having to buy a full license of Office:

There are plenty of support options that don't cost anything listed on the
Exchange support site:
http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/support/default.asp

In fact this newsgroup is one of those options, and if you have a specific
Entourage question, post it. Maybe someone will answer it for you.

Finally if you really decide that you don't want the product anymore,
Microsoft has a 30 day money back guarantee:
