Suppress printing of a graphic/picture

J

Jason

I am using some graphics in a presentation, and I would like to be able to
hand out speaker notes to go along with the presentation, but the graphics
that I am using do not permit printing of the graphics, they are only
licensed for presentation only. I am using PowerPoint 2003 and I wondered if
there was any way like in Visio where I could take any given picture in my
presentation and tell it not to print? Or is there another way to go about
doing this. It looks like I am faced with having to copy my presentation,
strip out the licensed graphics, then print the speaker notes from the copied
presentation, but that is a lot of headache that I would rather avoid. Any
thoughts, comments or suggestions?

Thanks so much for your time and help!

Jason,
Take a look at the article and add in on this page of my site:

It lets you turn printing on and off for items on a slide. If after you read
the article, you need help understanding or using it, post back.
